Senior Accountant responsibilities:
- Prepare financial reports and ad-hoc/data analysis
- Provide recommendations on process improvements
- Assist with management/BU reporting
- Assist with forecasting/budgeting process
- Account reviews and variance analysis
- Review & analysis of transactions and accounts
- Assist with hiring and mentoring staff
- Work with other departments to assist with special projects
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 3+ years of Accounting experience
- CPA or CPA in process
- Public Accounting and/or large corporate experience
- Highly technical, ability to communicate effectively at all levels, organized, attention to detail
- Advanced Excel
