What You’ll Do

• Own the monthly close process and ensure timely, accurate reporting.

• Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls.

• Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

• Partner cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.

• Mentor and support junior team members as a leader on the finance team.

What We’re Looking For

• Big Four public accounting experience (minimum 3–5 years), with exposure to corporate clients.

• CPA designation strongly preferred.

• Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial acumen.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills — you’ll be interacting with senior leadership regularly.

• A polished professional presence and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
