Staff Accountant $60,000 - $75,000

What You’ll Do as a Staff Accountant:

• The Staff Accountant will prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger and sub-ledger accounts

• Analyze and reconcile key revenue and expense accounts

• The Staff Accountant will oversee monthly accounts receivable processes and prepare reimbursement billings

• Support annual and mid-year budgeting efforts

• Assist with year-end close and fixed asset accounting

What We’re Looking For in a Staff Accountant:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 1–3 years of general accounting experience preferred

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus

• A detail-oriented, proactive mindset and a strong desire to grow within a supportive team
