Staff/Senior Accountant | Chicago

What You'll Do as a Staff/Senior Accountant:
- Maintain general ledgers, job costing, CAM, tax reconciliations, and budgets.
- Prepare financial statements, lender reports, and tax schedules.
- Manage cash functions, including reconciliations and chargebacks.
- Input lease details in Yardi and collaborate with Accounts Receivable and Project Managers.
- Monitor hotel joint ventures and coordinate property budgets, all while growing as a Staff/Senior Accountant.
What We're Looking For in a Staff/Senior Accountant:
- 2-5 years of accounting experience in commercial real estate.
- Knowledge of GAAP and tax accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Yardi experience and CPA preferred, but not required
