Our client, a fast-growing technology-driven company in the Downers Grove area, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team. Backed by a leading private equity firm and investing in new SaaS capabilities, this is a great opportunity for an early-career finance professional looking for growth in a collaborative, innovative environment.

Position: Financial Analyst

Salary: $85,000–$90,000 base (stretch to $95K for top candidates)
Bonus: 3% annual target
Location: Downers Grove area (Hybrid – in office 3 days/week: Mon, Wed + 1 day of your choice)
Technical Skills: SAP BPC, Power BI, Excel modeling

Key Responsibilities for the Financial Analyst:

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning

• Build financial models to support business unit strategy and growth plans

• Analyze financial results and prepare executive-level reporting

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and strategic initiatives

• Use tools like Power BI and SAP BPC to streamline reporting and analytics

Ideal Financial Analyst Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

• 1–3 years of relevant FP&A, financial modeling, budgeting, or analysis experience

• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with SAP BPC and Power BI preferred

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, tech-forward organization
