Title: Data Analyst
Compensation: $85,000 – $105,000
Work Environment: Onsite
Location: Elgin, IL

Data Analyst
Responsibilities:

• Organize, and analyze data to support business decisions across manufacturing, service, and digital functions.
• Build reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Excel, or SQL to visualize trends, gaps, and performance indicators.
• Investigate root causes and provide recommendations based on quantitative insights.
• Perform data validation and troubleshoot data integrity issues.
• Work across departments companywide providing various analysis, reports, and solutions
• Provide clear and actionable insight through reports, analysis, and presentations
• Work with departments to define and maintain reporting standards and definitions

Data Analyst
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business gathering, and reporting.
• Ample experience with reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Other tools to have familiarity with include Microsoft Visio and Balsamiq.
• Experienced with data modeling, report automation, and working with enterprise systems
• Comprehensive understanding of IT systems, databases, and DevOps.
• Ability to gather and translate business questions into clear analytical tasks with an understanding of operational metrics and KPIs.
• Experienced in industry domains such as Service, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related, preferred.
