📌 Hiring: Sr. Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis – Elk Grove Village, IL Area (Hybrid) | $100-135k + Bonus + Top-Tier Benefits

Our client, a global manufacturer in the electronics and industrial space, is looking to add a Sr. Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis to their corporate finance team. Position: Sr. Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: Elk Grove Village, IL area (Hybrid – 2 days/week in-office)

Key Responsibilities for the Sr. Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across corporate functions

• Deliver strategic insights and financial modeling to support business decisions

• Partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders (Finance, Operations, BU leaders)

• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives across FP&A

• Assist in the integration of acquisitions into corporate financial planning

Ideal Sr. Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 3–5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance (manufacturing or global company experience is a plus)

• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP and BI tool experience preferred

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Comfortable operating in a large, matrixed organization
