Bookkeeper – AP/AR & Payroll

Salary: $60,000–$75,000

What You’ll Do as a Bookkeeper:

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, including collections and weekly check runs
• The Bookkeeper will oversee daily deposits, assist with payroll, and handle inventory tracking and purchasing coordination
• Schedule and maintain contracts, permits, and vendor services (e.g., maintenance, pest control, uniforms, etc.)
• As a Bookkeeper, you'll coordinate with outsourced IT partners and assist with internal IT troubleshooting
• The Bookkeeper will handle day-to-day office administration, including phones, communications, and cross-functional support
• Work directly with all departments and company President to support smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or full-charge AP/AR experience, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-function environment
• Strong organizational skills, comfort juggling multiple responsibilities, and a knack for creative problem-solving
• Proficiency with ERP systems and general tech troubleshooting
