Job Description:
Accounting Supervisor | Growing MedTech Company
We’re seeking a skilled Accounting Supervisor to join our finance team and help drive smart decision-making, strong compliance, and efficient processes across our U.S. operations—including a Chicago distribution center and a California R&D hub.
In this high-impact role, you’ll manage month-end close, reconciliations, budgeting, treasury functions, fixed assets, and audits. You’ll also support tax compliance and process improvements while working directly with the CFO and collaborating across departments.
What You’ll Need as Accounting Supervisor

5+ years in accounting (manufacturing/distribution preferred) and managerial experience

Strong GAAP knowledge and ERP experience (SAP a plus)

Excel wizardry and attention to detail

Comfortable with multi-state taxes and audit prep

Strong communicator and problem solver
