Job Description:
📢 Now Hiring: Controller
📍 Location: Fully Onsite – Milford, IN
💰 Salary Range: $100,000 – $130,000
🚚 Relocation Assistance Available
🧾 Key Responsibilities

Lead all full-cycle accounting operations, including financial statement preparation and GAAP compliance

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis, and variance reporting to support strategic decisions

Analyze and manage the impact of multinational currency exchange on financial performance

Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive process improvements and operational efficiency
-
Mentor and develop accounting team members, fostering a high-performance, accuracy-driven culture
✅ Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)

7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles

Strong background in multinational currency exchange and consolidated financial reporting

Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
