Accounts Receivable Analyst
Hybrid – Work from Home on Mondays and Fridays
Full-Time | Salary: $50,000 – $55,000
Location: Rosemont, IL

Our recruiting firm is partnering with a respected client to hire a dedicated Accounts Receivable Analyst. This is a great opportunity to join a stable, collaborative organization in a hybrid role that offers flexibility and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for all collection efforts for trade receivables, including contacting customers and field operations

• Act as a liaison between the company and customers to resolve receivable matters and disputes

• Provide support to field offices for customer account-related activities

• Provide recommendations on payment plans for customers as needed

• Respond to statement inquiries and other questions on the company’s Accounts Receivable master phone line

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments by providing professional and timely support

• Perform consolidated account summaries, pulling data from multiple sources for reporting

• Participate in special projects, including audit support, month-end tasks, and third-party collections monitoring

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business experience; collections experience preferred

• College degree in Finance or Accounting desired

• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills

• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills

• Strong affinity for numbers and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Experience with Oracle and HighRadius is a plus

• NACM certification is a plus
