Financial Analyst – Streamwood Area (Onsite 4 Days/Week)

$78,000 – $109,000 base + discretionary bonus

A rapidly growing company in the CPG manufacturing industry is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join its finance team in the Streamwood area. This hybrid role requires four days in the office each week (Tuesdays and Thursdays required), and offers the chance to work cross-functionally with high visibility to leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct detailed cost and margin analysis for products and business proposals

• Partner with Procurement, R&D, and Marketing to refine costing inputs

• Analyze monthly performance vs. forecast and budget

• Prepare financial reports that guide strategic decision-making

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 3+ years of relevant experience as a Financial Analyst

• Advanced Excel user (pivot tables, v-lookups, macros, etc.)

• Team player with strong communication skills and a curious mindset

• Manufacturing or cost accounting experience is a plus
