Accounting Supervisor
We ae seeking a dynamic Senior Accountant or an Accounting Supervisor that is ready to take on an Accounting Manager Position to work for a large hospitality based organization that has multiple entities located in the far North/Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. This is one of the leading organizations in their space and you will be responsible for closing multiple entities as well as having oversight of the operational accounting team. The role reports into the Controller.

We ae seeking a dynamic Senior Accountant or an Accounting Supervisor that is ready to take on an Accounting Manager Position to work for a large hospitality based organization that has multiple entities located in the far North/Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. This is one of the leading organizations in their space and you will be responsible for closing multiple entities as well as having oversight of the operational accounting team. The role reports into the Controller.
Typical Day for the Accounting Supervisor Includes:
- Month close activities for multiple entities (4 entities)
- The Accounting Supervisor will manage 2 in AP and 1 in AR and 1 in payroll – 4 individuals
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for oversight of the Accounts Receivables and invoice scanning system
- The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for oversight of the payroll
- Assisting the Controller with the budgeting and forecasting process
- Maintain all leases and contracts for the facility
- Coordinate all internal trainings with department heads for new accounting procedures.
