What You’ll Own

Full month-end close
-
Monthly financials, analysis packages, and deep partnership with operations

Budgeting & forecasting
-
Cost accounting – set overhead rates annually, re-calculate monthly

Month-end inventory calcculation, absorption rates, and adjustments
-
Partner with Operations leadership to explain the “why” behind the numbers
-
Manage and develop 2 direct reports
What You Bring
-
5+ years in manufacturing
-
Strong cost accounting chops – overhead, inventory, forecasting
-
Excel ninja – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs
-
Comfortable owning both the day-to-day and strategic conversations
