Position: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Elkhart, Indiana (Hybrid after training)

Overview of the Accounts Payable Specialist role:
• Perform 3-way match, batching, and coding of invoices using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls by obtaining appropriate transaction approvals.
• Reconcile vendor statements and proactively request missing documentation.
• Communicate with vendors and plant locations to resolve discrepancies, especially related to pricing or delivery issues.
• Manage vendor relationships and provide excellent customer service through timely and accurate responses..

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist role:
• Prior experience with 3-way match AP processes in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.
• Strong Excel and data entry skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors.
• Flexible and adaptable to support different plants and process changes.

Salary: $43,680.00 to $47,840.00 annually, depending on experience
Please Note: This role is onsite in Elkhart, Indiana, with the ability to work remotely 2 days per week after training and demonstrated ability to work independently.
