• CFS is partnering with a well-established company in Elkhart to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist

• This Accounts Receivable Specialist will focus on billing, collections, and account reconciliation to ensure timely and accurate cash flow

• The right Accounts Receivable Specialist will thrive in a detail-oriented environment, enjoy working with numbers, and be the go-to person for all things accounts receivable

• Position is fully in-office in Elkhart, IN Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

Job Duties of the Accounts Receivable Specialist

• Generate and issue customer invoices in a timely manner

• Record and apply customer payments accurately to accounts receivable ledger

• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past due accounts

• Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve discrepancies

• Prepare aging reports and assist with month-end close processes

• Communicate with customers and internal staff regarding billing and payment inquiries

Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

• 2+ years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience

• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
