Job Title: Controller
Location: Elkhart, Indiana
Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000

Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Controller to join our team in Elkhart, Indiana. Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the full month-end close process, including journal entries, accruals, and bank reconciliations.

2. Prepare and analyze detailed financial reports to guide strategic decisions.

3. Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate year-end audits.

4. Communicate effectively with internal teams and executive leadership to support financial planning and performance.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years of accounting or financial management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

2. Proficiency in SAP and strong knowledge of GAAP.

3. Excellent communication skills with a proactive and decisive leadership style.
