Position: Entry-Level Accounting Associate
Location: Elkhart, Indiana – Onsite

Overview of the Entry-Level Accounting Associate Role:
• Communicate with clients to request documentation and collect necessary signatures.
• Assist with preparing and organizing files for tax, audit, and bookkeeping engagements.
• Learn the foundational skills needed to support public accounting functions across various industries.
• Collaborate with senior staff and CPAs to support client work in a timely and professional manner.
• Gain exposure to accounting software and client relationship tools used in top firms.

Preferred Qualifications for the Entry-Level Accounting Associate Role:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or in final semester of completion).
• Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced, professional environment.
• Internship or part-time accounting experience is a plus but not required.

Salary: $41,000 – $48,000 annually depending on experience
