Location: Elkhart, Indiana (100% onsite)

Overview of the Technical Support Specialist role:
• Interface directly with OEMs, service centers, and retail customers to ensure product warranty and service needs are addressed efficiently
• Communicate with customers and dealers to gather detailed information and resolve technical issues professionally
• Provide product support, including information on after-market products and accessories
• Respond to phone and written inquiries in a high call-volume environment (handling hundreds of calls per day)
• Identify part numbers from internal parts listings and provide accurate information for service fulfillment
• Ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery by following established SOPs and internal procedures
Preferred Qualifications for the Technical Support Specialist role:
• Prior experience in technical support, service coordination, or warranty claims in a manufacturing or service environment preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions in a fast-paced setting
• Mechanical or technical aptitude and ability to read or interpret technical drawings or documentation
• Experience in the RV or trailer industry is a plus
Salary: $53,000 to $56,000 depending on experience
