Position: Controller
Location: Hybrid (Some in-office required)

We're a values-driven company looking for a Controller to help lead our financial operations and continue driving growth. This hybrid role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong foundation in corporate accounting, financial forecasting, and team management within a service-based industry.

What You’ll Do as Controller:

• Serve as the lead Controller overseeing all financial operations and strategic planning

• Develop and manage financial forecasting and reporting across multiple entities

• Analyze and present financials to the home office and C-Suite on a monthly basis

• Ensure accurate and timely financial closes and adherence to GAAP

• Supervise and support accounting professionals, cultivating a high-performing team

• Manage accounting functions for a multi-state, multi-company structure

• Participate in process improvement initiatives, including software system implementations

What You Bring to the Controller Role:

• 8+ years of corporate accounting experience, including financial closes

• Previous experience overseeing accounting professionals

• Proven success as a Controller or senior accounting leader in a services industry

• Agency experience (marketing, PR, or advertising) strongly preferred

• In-depth understanding of GAAP and its implications in a complex organization

• Experience working with multi-state employers and in multi-entity environments

• Strong proficiency with accounting software; implementation experience is a plus

• Ability to multi-task large projects, manage staff, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
