🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Process and manage weekly or bi-weekly payroll for employees

• Handle all aspects of accounts payable: invoice entry, coding, and payments

• Prepare and maintain financial reports for internal use

• Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and compliance

• Support the accounting team with various administrative and financial tasks

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience

• Hands-on experience with payroll processing and AP systems

• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.)

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

• A team player with great communication skills and a proactive mindset
