Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Indianapolis, IN (On-Site Only)
Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time | In-Office

About the Company:
We are a dynamic and growing company based in Indianapolis, IN, known for our commitment to excellence, efficiency, and team collaboration. As our operations continue to expand, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support the broader team in a fully in-office role.

Position Summary:
The Office Manager will ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis. This role involves managing administrative functions, coordinating office activities, supporting accounting and HR processes, and serving as the go-to person for all office needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage general office operations, including supplies, vendor relationships, equipment, and facilities.

  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership and other departments.

  • Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense reports, invoicing, and vendor payments.

  • Help onboard new employees and maintain HR and employee records.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external inquiries.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and productive office environment.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of office administration or office management experience.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.

  • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or accounting support is a plus.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving ability.

  • Must be able to work 100% on-site at our Indianapolis office.
