About the Company:
We are a dynamic and growing company based in Indianapolis, IN, known for our commitment to excellence, efficiency, and team collaboration. As our operations continue to expand, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support the broader team in a fully in-office role.
Position Summary:
The Office Manager will ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis. This role involves managing administrative functions, coordinating office activities, supporting accounting and HR processes, and serving as the go-to person for all office needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage general office operations, including supplies, vendor relationships, equipment, and facilities.
Provide administrative support to senior leadership and other departments.
Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense reports, invoicing, and vendor payments.
Help onboard new employees and maintain HR and employee records.
Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
Maintain a clean, organized, and productive office environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
3+ years of office administration or office management experience.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or accounting support is a plus.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving ability.
Must be able to work 100% on-site at our Indianapolis office.
