Systems Administrator

Onsite in Nappanee, IN
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000


We’re looking for an experienced System Analyst with expertise in Office 365 Administration, Exchange Administration, Server Management, and Active Directory to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer Office 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
• Administer and maintain on-premise and cloud-based Exchange servers, including migration and troubleshooting
• Oversee the configuration, management, and optimization of Active Directory (AD) environments
• Handle user and group management, permissions, and policies within AD
• Manage and maintain server infrastructure, including virtual and physical servers
• Perform system and network monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Implement, maintain, and enforce security best practices for all systems and applications
• Work closely with other IT teams to ensure the stability, reliability, and scalability of all IT services
• Provide documentation and technical support to internal teams as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience with O365 Administration and related cloud services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
• Expertise in Exchange Server Administration, both on-premise and in the cloud
• Solid experience with Active Directory (AD), group policies, and user/group management
• Experience managing and configuring servers (Windows Server, virtualization, etc.)
• PowerShell Scripting
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with security and compliance standards in a corporate environment
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with teams and provide tech support as needed
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, MCSA, etc.) are a plus
