💼 What You’ll Do:

Take charge of month-end close and financial statement preparation

Perform in-depth analysis and reporting across multiple business units

Ensure accurate reconciliations and maintain the general ledger

Collaborate on process improvements to streamline and modernize
-
Organize and consolidate financial data across multiple entities monthly
✅ What You Bring:

5+ years of hands-on accounting experience

A natural knack for organization and multitasking

Proven track record in financial reporting, reconciliation, and GL
-
A degree in Accounting or Finance is great, but not a dealbreaker
-
An eye for efficiency and a passion for continuous improvement
📍 Location: Fully Onsite – Valparaiso, IN
💲 Salary: Up to $80,000, based on experience
