Junior Recruiter

CFS is currently partnering with a growing organization to identify a Junior Recruiter.

Responsibilities of the Junior Recruiter

• The Junior Recruiter will focus on talent acquisition support
• Manage all temporary employee timesheets
• The Junior Recruiter will oversee all new employee onboarding including I9s, tax paperwork, trainings, etc.
• Assisting the HR manager with other HR administrative duties

Preferred Qualifications of the Junior Recruiter

• Someone with a desire to have a career in HR
• The Junior Recruiter can be a recent grad without experience, or someone with experience in a busy office that wants to transition to more HR work
• Must be okay working in a high-volume environment. Overtime is likely.

Salary: $50,000 – $54,000
