What You’ll Do:

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.

• Assist in the preparation of internal financial reports and analysis for senior leadership.

• Ensure accuracy of general ledger activity across multiple departments and funding sources.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and grant management teams.

• Maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

• Support year-end audit preparation and financial statement reporting.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a healthcare, non-profit, or complex multi-entity environment.

• Strong understanding of GAAP and fund accounting principles.

• Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., Lawson, Oracle, or similar).

• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
