Location: Providence, RI

Job Description:
Our client is in the real estate development business and is hiring a Staff Accountant due to unprecedented growth.

- Prepare and review journal entries, financial reports, and workpapers in compliance with GAAP.
- Monitor cash flow, process loan draw requests, and maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations.
- Conduct monthly budget reviews, analyze variances, and support regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Assist auditors and business partners by providing detailed reports, financial packages, and ad-hoc analyses.
Qualification Requirements:
- 1+ years of Accounting experience
- Public accounting experience preferred but not required
- Proficient in Excel
