Job Description:
Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with one of the top financial institutions in Massachusetts to identify an Entry Level Staff Accountant. This is a creative, fast paced environment where you will have the ability to learn, grow and excel at an exceptional pace.

Reporting into the Accounting Manager and Senior Accountants, the Staff Accountant’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Resolve and book daily, monthly and yearly journal entries
- Reconcile general ledger accounts on a daily basis, and ensuring any discrepancies are resolved
- Help with the full month-end close process
- Assist with all internal and external audits
Background Desired:
- BS in Accounting
- 1+ years of accounting experience with a knowledge of accounting concepts (GAAP, account reconciliations, accruals, internal controls, etc.)
- Intermediate to advanced Excel Skills preferred
