Job Description:
Our client, a growing company in the development space, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its corporate accounting team. This role offers a chance to take ownership of key financial processes while working closely with leadership across various departments.
100% in-person!
Salary: $100,000-$115,000 + bonus!

Senior Accountant Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business/related.
- CPA = a plus.
- 5+ years’ progressive experience with a minimum of 2+ years’ in management.
- Real Estate or Construction accounting experience preferred.
- Yardi or MRI = major plus.
Senior Accountant Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
- Ensure accuracy of financial reporting and compliance.
- Support audits and assist with month-end/year-end close.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects.
- Provide insights that help drive decision-making.
