Senior Patient Account Representative

Salary: $50,000 – $54,000 + full benefits + 401(k) contribution

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead patient billing escalations and provide resolution with empathy and accuracy.
• Serve as a team resource—support onboarding, lead huddles, and coach others on best practices.
• Manage reporting, including A/R, statements on hold, and productivity dashboards.
• Collaborate with AR, coding, and cash ops to drive resolution and efficiency.
• Support occasional call coverage and ensure timely patient follow-up.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of medical billing and patient account experience
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and comfort with Microsoft Office + EHR systems
