Our client, a well-established and expanding manufacturing company, is seeking a detail-oriented Warranty/Claims Administrator to support their internal operations and customer service efforts. As the Warranty Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing and processing warranty claims with speed and accuracy. You’ll be the point person for ensuring all documentation is compliant with manufacturer guidelines and that claims are resolved in a timely manner.

Warranty/Claims Administrator Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience in warranty administration, service coordination, or customer support.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to interpret manufacturer warranty guidelines.
• Comfortable working with documentation, systems, and vendors.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Experience in a manufacturing or dealership environment is a plus.

Warranty/Claims Administrator Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to discuss warranty claims and manage expectations.
• Prepare and submit warranty documentation per manufacturer standards.
• Track the status of claims and follow up to ensure timely processing.
• Resubmit and adjust denied claims to recover payment for completed work.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of warranty parts.
• Organize and manage all related vendor and warranty paperwork.
