What You’ll Do:
- Process and code invoices, including high-volume utility billing.
- Manage vendor records, including 1099 and W-9 compliance.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and support weekly payment runs.
- Assist in transitioning AP systems.
- Post AP batches and support reporting activities.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of Accounts Payable experience (2+ preferred).
- High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic Excel skills (totals, subtotals) plus proficiency with Word and Outlook.
- Experience with AvidXchange, MRI, or Nexus/Bottomline is a plus (not required).
