Senior Accounting Manager – 100% Onsite | Frederick, MD

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + Potential Sign-On Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, Payroll, and Cash
• Own the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process
• Prepare and present financial reports and cash flow analysis to the CEO and owners
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, including grants and funding oversight
• Supervise a small team and serve as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting required
• 5–10 years of accounting experience, including 3+ years of team management
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables); QuickBooks experience helpful but not required
