Job Description:
Cost Accountant – Manufacturing & Government Contracting | Hampstead, MD | $80,000 - $105,000
A growing manufacturer and government contractor is hiring a Cost Accountant to join their team in Hampstead, MD. This newly created Cost Accountant position was designed to support the CFO by taking full ownership of cost accounting functions as the company continues to expand.
As a Cost Accountant, you’ll work in a collaborative environment with direct access to leadership and the opportunity to shape the role from day one. The ideal Cost Accountant will bring strong manufacturing experience, hands-on cost accounting skills, and a proactive mindset. Government contracting (DCAA/FAR) knowledge is a plus but not required.
