AP/AR Specialist
About the Company and Opportunity:

Overview of the AP/AR Specialist Role:
- Process high volume of invoices and perform weekly check runs
- Set up new vendor accounts
- Code invoices in the GL
- Send invoices to customers and apply payments to customer accounts
- Process customer credit applications
- Monitor cash flow and reconcile accounts
Preferred Qualifications for the AP/AR Specialist Position:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Four years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
Location: This role is 100% onsite in Edwardsburg, MI.
Salary: $41,700 - $51,750 depending on experience
