Project Manager

Location: Onsite | Full-Time
Compensation: $70,000 -$100,000 + bonus

Primary Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

• Manage multiple projects, balancing schedules, costs, and client communications.

• Partner with customers to identify system requirements and manage expectations.

• Oversee projects from submittal through completion, including engineering drawings, submittals, and closeout.

• Conduct site visits and field measurements as needed.

• Lead customer support process, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.

• Coordinate with shop leaders and field staff to ensure material and labor needs are met.

• Handle contract renewals, change orders, and billing processes.

• Monitor installer performance and escalate concerns when necessary.

• Identify and implement process, materials, or design improvements.

Qualifications of the Project Manager:

• 1–3 years of project management experience; prior construction project management strongly preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  

• Motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys collaborating with others.
