Pay: $17.50–$20.00/hour
Schedule: Flexible; full-time during standard business hours

Position Summary
Our client is seeking an accounting intern to support their finance team with a variety of day-to-day tasks and special projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate looking to gain exposure to general accounting processes within a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with invoice entry, data validation, and document tracking

• Support account reconciliations and month-end close procedures

• Maintain organized financial records and assist with audit prep

• Help track inventory and support costing activities

• Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus

• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks

• Previous experience in a business or manufacturing setting is helpful, but not required
