Job Title: FP&A Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will work closely with senior analysts and finance managers to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Analyze financial data, prepare variance analysis reports, and provide insights to management.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes by preparing accruals, reconciling accounts, and analyzing financial statements.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by management.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and ensure accuracy of data.
• Help streamline and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
• Prior internship or work experience in finance or accounting is a plus.
