HRIS Analyst
Location: Middleville, MI (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: $85,000-$100,000
Responsibilities of the HRIS Analyst:
Serve as primary support for all HCM applications across HR and the organization.
Act as liaison with HCM vendors; manage escalations to ensure timely resolution.
Audit and maintain data feeds to ensure accuracy and timeliness between systems.
Lead HCM projects and implement system improvements using change management best practices.
Manage HR system enhancements, integrations, and new feature rollouts.
Assess current systems and recommend efficiency improvements.
Develop workflows and training materials for employee and manager self-service tools.
Design and implement solutions such as data feeds and application structures.
Build custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR strategies.
Generate ad hoc BI reports and analyze trends for workforce planning.
Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and reflect policy/process updates.
Deliver system training and create user documentation and guides.
Qualifications of the HRIS Analyst:
Bachelor's degree in CS, HR, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience managing HCM systems.
Experiencing reporting with Power BI (or similar).
Experience with UKG, UltiPro, and/or Kronos platforms.
Proven experience as a business partner in a multi-site organization.
