Job Title: IT Infrastructure Administrator
Location: Stevensville, MI
Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 (Based on Experience)

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Administrator to join our team in St. Joseph, MI. This critical role is responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of our organization's IT infrastructure—including cloud services, servers, networks, databases, and end-user systems. You will be the subject matter expert (SME) for both Windows and Mac platforms, playing a central role in the design and scalability of infrastructure solutions that support our ongoing growth.
Design and implement scalable, attainable IT solutions across infrastructure systems.
Plan and execute network design and capacity planning strategies.
Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Servers, MS-SQL databases, and network file systems.
Manage both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure and services.
Maintain and improve the company’s VOIP phone system for seamless communication.
Collaborate with leadership to build dashboards that provide visibility and insights across all phases of the business.
Perform installation, maintenance, and documentation of network cabling, switches, hubs, UPS, and other critical equipment.
Serve as SME in Windows and Mac OS environments, ensuring seamless operation across platforms.
Conduct research and evaluate new network products, protocols, and services for continuous improvement.
Maintain system backups, documentation, and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
Oversee end-user hardware/software support, providing Tier 2 technical assistance.
Diagnose and resolve complex network and system issues; perform necessary repairs or upgrades.
Implement and manage security systems, including firewalls, anti-virus solutions, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
Support enterprise systems such as Global Shop and Microsoft platforms, among others.
Coordinate procurement of IT equipment and software, working in conjunction with the VP of Finance.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure administration or a related role.
Advanced knowledge of network and server administration.
Proven experience with MS-SQL, Windows Server, Mac and Windows environments, and cloud infrastructure.
Experience with VOIP phone systems and dashboard/reporting tools is a strong plus.
Strong understanding of system development and product communication.
Solid problem-solving, project management, and documentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
