Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Order Entry teams, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

• Oversee all aspects of the month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and financial analysis.

• Manage daily invoicing, cash applications, and commission processing for the sales team.

• Handle state and local sales tax filings, ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and external audit processes in collaboration with the Controller.

• Identify and implement process improvements using Excel and ERP tools (Syspro preferred).

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in an accounting management role, including supervision of AP, AR, and general ledger.

• Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
