Senior Staff Accountant – High-Growth Manufacturing
Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 base salary
Work Model: On-site | Arden Hills, MN

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Staff Accountant:

• Prepare and post journal entries as part of the monthly close process

• Perform general ledger account reconciliations and variance analysis

• Assist in accounting for commissions, accruals, and other key expense categories

• Support audit requests and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies

• Partner with finance and operations teams on process improvements and ad hoc projects

• Contribute to system and reporting enhancements as the finance function evolves

Qualifications for the Senior Staff Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

• 4+ years of relevant G/L accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or PE-backed environment

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment

• Strong Excel skills; ERP experience preferred (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
