Accounting Professional – Up to $85K

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accounts receivable invoices and expense reimbursements.

• Manage accounts payable and review expense reports.

• Support tax filings and workpapers for various entities.

• Address tax and governmental notices.

• Record monthly general ledger entries for investments.

• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

• Assist with monthly accounting close and quarterly fund mailings.

• Provide support to the Office Manager and handle other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Minimum two years of accounting experience, with public accounting being a plus.

• Experience with tax filings for partnerships and corporations.
