Lead Financial Analyst – Strategic Growth Opportunity
Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 base + profit sharing + 401(k)
Location: Twin Cities, MN | Hybrid (2–3 days remote/week)

Key Responsibilities for the Lead Financial Analyst:

• Serve as the financial lead for one or more business units, managing full P&L oversight, forecasting, budgeting, and period-end close.

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive business strategy and financial performance.

• Build and maintain detailed financial models and dashboards that inform strategic decisions.

• Analyze trends, track KPIs, and identify risks and opportunities to improve profitability.

• Enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency by leveraging data tools and automation.

Qualifications for the Lead Financial Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• 3–5+ years of FP&A experience, ideally within a multi-location or fast-paced environment.

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; Power BI or similar analytics tools a plus.
