Our client is an agribusiness leader working every to create and optimize products used by farmers around the globe :
Due to growth in multiple business lines and a transitioning business leadership they are seeking an individual to begin work immediately as an interim CFO.

Duration: Open ended contract, the client is open to fractional CFO's who would not work a 40 hour/week schedule
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial management and strategic direction of our client organization. This interim executive will play a critical role in optimizing cash flow, managing debt, driving financial forecasting and planning, and providing insights to support business growth and transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the company’s cash flow strategy, ensuring effective utilization of resources and maintaining liquidity to support operations and growth
- Oversee all debt management activities, including evaluating, negotiating, and managing business loans to optimize the capital structure
- Develop and refine short- and long-term financial forecasts to guide executive decision-making
- Drive the budgeting and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth strategies
- Advise on company structuring to maximize operational and financial efficiency, including entity setup, tax considerations, and compliance
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and execute general business strategies that support scalable growth and profitability
- Utilize financial and operational data to provide actionable insights, dashboards, and reports to guide leadership in strategic decision-making
- Ensure financial policies, controls, and compliance standards are maintained during the interim period
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CFO, interim CFO, or senior financial executive in a dynamic business environment
- Expertise in business loans, debt management, cash flow optimization, forecasting, and budgeting
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, strategic planning, and corporate structuring
- Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to partner effectively across departments and with external stakeholders
