Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Growth-Stage
Location: Saint Louis Park, Minnesota | On-Site Preferred | $200,000 – $230,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cash flow planning and management to support daily operations and strategic growth initiatives.

• Design and implement robust forecasting and budgeting models aligned with rapid expansion goals.

• Manage and optimize debt strategy—including the company’s newly acquired financing—and explore additional financing structures to fuel growth in the human nutrition division.

• Advise on corporate structure from both a tax and long-term ownership/exit perspective.

• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, translating financial insights into actionable business strategies.

• Establish and oversee financial systems, controls, reporting processes, and key performance indicators.

• Build a lean but capable finance function that scales with the business.

Ideal Background:

• Proven experience in a CFO or senior finance leadership role within a growth-stage or privately held company, ideally in manufacturing, consumer goods, or related sectors.

• Hands-on expertise in cash flow management, forecasting, and financial modeling.

• Strong understanding of capital structuring, debt instruments, and financing options.

• Demonstrated ability to build financial systems, teams, and processes from the ground up.

• Exposure to corporate tax strategy, M&A, or exit planning a plus.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative spirit, and a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality are essential.
