What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play an important role in supporting the financial operations of the company and assisting with various key functions. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential for success in this role.

• Generate routine and special financial and operational reports

• Analyze job costs related to manufacturing and installation projects

• Maintain and prepare sales and use tax records

• Prepare and submit tax returns for multiple states

• Act as the primary contact for all sales and use tax-related inquiries

• Prepare, review, and post journal entries

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations

• Calculate and process commissions and bonuses

• Support external audits and internal control evaluations

• Assist with vendor credentialing

• Provide support to the Billing Coordinator and Accounts Payable Specialist

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA is a plus)

• At least 3 years of progressive experience in accounting roles

• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
