Staff Accountant – Entry-Level with Growth Opportunity
Location: St. Louis, MO (Must be Open to Future Relocation)
Compensation: $65,000 – $72,000 Base plus 10 Percent Bonus Target

What You Will Do

• Assist with month-end close including journal entries, fixed asset maintenance, and depreciation schedules

• Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial reports and variance analyses

• Reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes

• Provide payroll processing support through ADP and assist with related HR tasks

• Prepare documentation for auditors and tax partners

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls

• Help document standard operating procedures and support continuous improvement

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• Zero to two years of professional accounting experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting systems

• Strong sense of initiative, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn

• Willingness to relocate in the future for advancement opportunities
