Job Description:
Job Summary of the Chief Financial Officer:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead all financial activities including strategic planning, reporting, forecasting, risk management, and compliance. This key leadership role supports company growth by providing actionable insights and ensuring financial integrity.

Supervisory Responsibilities of the Chief Financial Officer:
• Oversees Accounting, Finance, and Procurement teams.
• Partners with department heads to monitor and improve financial performance.
Key Responsibilities of the Chief Financial Officer:
• Lead high-performing teams and promote cross-departmental collaboration.
• Drive financial strategy using KPIs, forecasting, and performance dashboards.
• Ensure compliance and manage financial risk through strong internal controls.
• Optimize systems, including ERP and budgeting processes, to improve efficiency.
• Support pricing, cost-saving, and contracting strategies with Sales and Marketing.
• Align long-term financial plans with company goals using scenario planning.
• Manage investor, board, and M&A relations with clarity and strategic insight.
Required Skills & Abilities of the Chief Financial Officer:
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Sage X3 preferred) and MS Office Suite.
• Experience in complex financial operations, M&A, and capital structuring.
• Must pass drug testing and TSA background checks.
Education & Experience of the Chief Financial Officer:
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business (MBA preferred).
• CPA/CMA preferred.
• 15+ years in finance, preferably in chemical manufacturing.
• Skilled in forecasting, market analysis, and negotiation.
