What You'll Do:

• Own the Books: Lead the charge in maintaining and reconciling all financial records for the Funds, including meticulous balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
• Drive Compliance: Prepare critical quarterly and annual tax reports, internal financial reports for key meetings, and comprehensive audit documentation.
• Master the General Ledger: Take charge of general ledger maintenance, journal entry preparation and posting, intercompany transactions, and treasury activities.
• Streamline Operations: Oversee payroll processing, manage all account deposits, and maintain precise monthly fixed asset registers, depreciation, and prepaid schedules.
• Fuel Decision-Making: Contribute to the monthly closing process and deliver insightful ad-hoc financial and operational reports that guide strategic decisions.
• Uncover Insights: Proactively identify key accounting and business issues through in-depth financial and trend analysis.

What You'll Bring:

• Accounting Acumen: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience of 5+ years in a relevant accounting role.
• Foundational Expertise: A deep understanding of core bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, QuickBooks, and Paychex (Preview and Flex Platforms) is essential. Familiarity with MS Word is a plus.
